Prints

All of our print products come from a trusted print provider. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that scarves and bags come from an entirely different location as paper or canvas, so please expect to have multiple packages if you order multiple products.

Originals
Original paintings will be coming directly from the artists studio. Erin lives on a remote island in the gulf islands, so expected time from order to shipment is 3-4 days. Tracking information will be sent as soon as the art leaves the island.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings, paper and canvas as well as wearable art going outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We cannot possibly keep track of each country rules and regulation s, so please inform yourself of the taxation and duty, and VAT rules where the artwork will be landing. Green Animal Project is not responsible for these charges, they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at erin@greenanimalproject.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
